About us
A language agency built on one interpreter's standards
Transparent Multilingual Services was founded in Denver, Colorado, by a professional interpreter with more than fifteen years of experience in legal, medical, educational, administrative and community settings.
The founder
Aminata Haidara
Founder · Professional interpreter
After more than fifteen years interpreting in courtrooms, hospitals, schools and public services, Aminata Haidara created the company with a simple conviction: every word carries weight, and people deserve to be understood exactly as they mean it. Of West African heritage and rooted in the Denver community, she brings lived cultural fluency to every assignment.
That experience shapes how we work — preparing for each assignment, respecting professional ethics and impartiality, and understanding the cultural context behind the words.

Our mission
To give individuals, institutions and organizations clear, accurate and culturally informed communication — so that language is never a barrier to justice, health, education or opportunity.
A coordinated network of qualified interpreters
Beyond our founder, we work with a growing network of independent interpreters. We match each assignment to an interpreter with the right languages, specialization and availability, and we stay your single point of contact throughout.
Our values
- 01Accuracy
- We render meaning faithfully — nothing added, nothing omitted.
- 02Confidentiality
- What is said in an assignment stays there. Documents are kept under strict access control.
- 03Impartiality
- We facilitate communication; we never take sides or give advice.
- 04Cultural understanding
- Language lives in culture. We bridge both.
- 05Reliability
- Confirmed means confirmed: punctual, prepared and professional.
- 06Transparency
- Clear estimates, clear invoices, no surprises.
